Melinda Cortinas
Hi! My name is Melinda M. Cortinas, and I have the honor of being the 2024 RISD Elementary Teacher of the Year. I am a proud Robstown Cotton Picker Alumni, Class of 2001! I graduated from Texas A&M, Corpus Christi with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies: EC-4 Generalist. As a Pre-K teacher, I strive to make your child's first educational experience full of learning, creativity, and fun. I am looking forward to an amazing school year!
