Roxanne Espinoza
Hello, I’m Roxanna Espinoza, a proud Robstown High School graduate from the Class of 1984, and currently serving as a Truancy Officer for Robstown Independent School District (RISD).
With a deep commitment to supporting our students, my role focuses on building strong, trusting relationships with them to address and overcome the challenges they face. My expertise lies in understanding and navigating the complex obstacles that can impact school attendance, including illness, difficult home situations, and the influence of social media.
I believe that truancy often stems from a combination of emotional, environmental, and family factors. My approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, working closely with students and their families to identify and address these underlying issues.
In recognition of my dedication to our community, I am honored to have received the Robstown Life Saving Award. This acknowledgment reflects my commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of our students and their families.
If you have any questions or need support, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
