Mrs. Sandra West

Welcome to Lotspeich Leadership Academy! I’m Sandra West, and I am delighted to be a 2nd-grade teacher. I hold a Bachelor's Degree from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, where I majored in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice.

My teaching philosophy is centered around encouraging each student to give their best effort and take pride in their hard work. I believe that fostering a sense of accomplishment and self-worth is crucial for students’ growth and enthusiasm for learning.

Beyond the classroom, I am actively involved in our community as a member of the PTO and as a coach for both Little League and Pony Little League. These roles allow me to connect with students and families in meaningful ways and support their development both academically and socially.

I am excited to contribute to the success and happiness of our students at Lotspeich Leadership Academy and to support their journey through this pivotal stage of their education.
