Ms. Heather Joslin

Hello! My name is Heather Joslin, and I am excited to be a Pre-Kindergarten teacher at Lotspeich Leadership Academy. I graduated from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi in 2022 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and a minor in Sociology.

After completing my degree, I decided to pursue a career change into education, driven by my lifelong admiration for the exceptional teachers who shaped my own learning experiences. I enrolled in an Alternative Certification Program to earn my teaching certificate, fulfilling a long-held passion for teaching.

My teaching philosophy centers around the belief that every child learns at their own pace and that each student is unique. I am committed to providing an inclusive and supportive environment where every child has the opportunity to grow and thrive. I look forward to contributing to the early educational journeys of our youngest learners at Lotspeich!
