Roel Tagle

Hello! I’m Roel Tagle, and I am proud to be part of the team at Lotspeich Leadership Academy, where I lead custodial staff. As a graduate of Robstown ISD, it’s especially meaningful for me to contribute to the environment that helped shape my own education.

My philosophy is that students learn best when they feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe. I strive to create a clean and inviting space that supports a positive learning atmosphere for all.

With 13 years of dedicated service at Robstown ISD, I am honored to have been recognized as a two-time Proud Picker Award recipient. These accolades reflect my commitment to maintaining a high standard of care and support within our schools.

I look forward to continuing to contribute to the success and safety of our students and staff at Lotspeich Leadership Academy.
